Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mail box in no time and manage its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect emails from one email mailbox account to another, finetune email filters, create auto-response messages and defend your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming messages based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Simply select the mailbox you wish to forward mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box account will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest.
